Events

23rd October 2026: West Cumbria

This is a private, members-only event being held in West Cumbria. Entertainments kick off from Friday afternoon until end of Sunday. Accommodation is provided for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night with departure Monday morning.

Cost

All prices are per person based on a 3-night stay (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night) and maximum occupancy of the room. Prices include event entry, bed, breakfast (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), lunch buffet (Saturday and Sunday), and dinner buffet (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

We also have a small number of static caravans available this year to the rear of the hotel. Please note the pricing below is for the same form of static caravan, the only change is how many people are sharing it. The caravans each have a double bed and a twin room, but please bear in mind that, while our venue is happy for trios to book a caravan, the twin beds are not very large and may struggle to accommodate adults.

Additional Nights

Want to arrive early or depart late? No worries, we have you covered! Please keep in mind that these nights are provided for convenience or to enable you to do some local sight seeing. All prices are per night, per person based on the maximum occupancy of the room. Please note, there will be no event activities operating outside of the Friday to Sunday period.

The late day will include a Monday night stay and breakfast on the Tuesday, while the early day is slightly more expensive as it includes a Thursday night stay and both breakfast and lunch on the Friday.

During the weekend there are plans afoot for the following:

Dealers Den

We operated a small Dealers Den at our first event and if demand remains during registration for our second event then we will seek to accommodate this if we can. If one occurs it will be an opportunity for dealers to trade for a couple of hours during the daytime, rather than the extended Den arrangements seen at many other fandom events.

Fursuit Lounge

The lounge area will be a simple side room from the primary event space providing fans, water & light snacks.
